About
Welcome to A Casa Nova Ares, a hidden gem located in the picturesque town of Ares, A Coruña, Spain. Nestled at C. Ángeles, 101, this charming establishment has quickly garnered a reputation for its delightful offerings that promise to tantalize your taste buds.
As a food reviewer, I can't help but be captivated by the glowing reviews from patrons. One satisfied customer, Daniel O., raved about the excellent flavors, specifically recommending the carne asada, hinting that it’s a must-try dish that will leave you grateful for the recommendation. Another diner, Daniel Gomez, simply described his experience as "fantastic," which speaks volumes in the world of culinary adventures.
However, it’s not just about high praises; the honest feedback comes from all corners. Santiago Freijomil's review indicates a more typical dining experience. Still, the charm of A Casa Nova Ares shines through in the details shared by Javier de Castro Fernandez. His descriptive account of the menu highlights the quality-to-price ratio, emphasizing that the media ración de pulpo a feira is generous, akin to a full serving at other establishments. Pair that with their flavorful chipirones, and you’ve got a perfect meal for two without breaking the bank.
For those craving hearty meat dishes, Javier's mention of the churrasco—essentially ribs alongside criollo sausages—seems to evoke feelings of delight. Despite a minor observation about serving sizes, it is clear that the quality and taste of the food have left a lasting impression. This signals a kitchen dedicated to crafting robust flavors and satisfying portions.
At A Casa Nova Ares, every dish tells a story. The combination of traditional Spanish cuisine with a focus on both hearty and refined dishes positions this restaurant as a notable contender in the local dining scene. Whether you're a local or just passing through, A Casa Nova Ares beckons with an invitation to indulge in the rich culinary tapestry that it offers. Prepare to be welcomed with flavors that celebrate the essence of Spanish gastronomy.

“ Excellent food. Try the carne asada, you'll thank me later. ”
“ Fantastic ”
“ Normal. ”
Recomendado. ”
